On August 13, 2015, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (the “USCIS”) designated EB5 Affiliate Network New York/Tri-State Regional Center, LLC (the “Regional Center”) as a regional center under the EB-5 Program (the “USCIS Approval”). The USCIS Approval allows the Regional Center to sponsor and administer qualified capital investment projects under the EB-5 Program, including the 120 Water Street Hotel EB-5 Project.  


The 120 Water Street Hotel EB-5 project operates within a state-certified Targeted Employment Area rural area, creating certainty that the project’s minimum investment will always be $500,000 for each investor, while keeping the job-creation requirement of their investment to only 10 direct, indirect, and induced jobs.  Furthermore, the project’s completed “RIMS II” model shows the creation of many more jobs than required for possible EB-5 investors, giving the added safety of a significant job buffer.  In addition to the $500,000 investment, each investor will pay up to $60,000 in expenses permitted by law.
